The Resident Mentor’s role is to assist in community building and enhancing residential life experiences of residents living in Sunway Monash Residence. They play an essential role in ensuring all residents have the same opportunity to take part in all aspects of community life, regardless of any differences.
This is a good opportunity for those who enjoy working with students and fostering a sense of community by establishing healthy relationships based on fundamental values.
All applicants are required to have a minimum 2 years of related working experience during the entire hiring process and terms of employment.

Our Resident Assistant’s play a vital role in your living experience. First and foremost, they are residents just like you! They are responsible for organizing events and activities. The Resident Assistant ensures that every resident has the opportunity to engage in residential experiences.
Being a Resident Assistant is a great way to build a community, learn new skills and develop your character which will mould you on your way to a brighter future.
All candidates must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA or better in the selection process and their time as a Resident Assistant. Applicants must be enrolled as full time students during their terms of employment and be in good standing with the university.
